Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Duties:
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and facilities to identify maintenance needs
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, general building repairs, mobile equipment--electric, gasoline, and diesel.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders and document maintenance activities
- Supervise and coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Weld and fabricate parts as needed
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment necessary for maintenance tasks
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment

Skills:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude for troubleshooting and repairing equipment
- Experience in facilities maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building repairs
- Proficiency in using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders and document maintenance activities
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Knowledge of logic controllers is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with staff and address their maintenance needs promptly
- Ability to weld and fabricate parts as needed
