Job Summary
Oversee the loading of vehicles onto car hauling equipment.

Schedule: 10am to 6pm M-F with flexibility to cover other shifts/days. Saturdays as needed.

Essential Functions

• Observe loading activities to ensure safe work methods are followed to coach and correct when needed. Stress safety during all aspects of the workforce’s day to day activities.
• Assist drivers with solutions to load and haul cargo safely, efficiently, and damage free
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed by drivers and auto handlers
• Report load changes, inventory discrepancies, and request assistance as necessary

Qualifications and Skills

• 2 or more years’ supervisory experience
• Experience supervising in a union environment preferred
• Superior analytical skills
• Excellent communication, and customer service skills
• Solid understanding of DOT/MOT regulations, as applicable
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions
• Valid Driver license
• Physical ability (Continuous walking, standing, bending, noise)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $51,000.00 per year
