If you have experience working in an insurance agency, consider joining our agency!! We’re a busy independent insurance agency that needs an experienced sales support specialist full or part-time.

We’re looking for someone who can step into the role and start making a difference in the agency right away so you MUST have experience working in an insurance agency. We are willing to consider experience in other related fields such as real estate or the mortgage industry.

Pay is based on experience. The hours are flexible and for the right person, could include some remote work.

• You would manage and follow up on carrier requests and notices, mail, and electronic signature forms.
• You'll process policy updates, client change requests and payments.
• Start quotes for the agents.
• If you’re licensed, you can do policy reviews.
• Interested in sales? If you're licensed, we can discuss this.
• Must have excellent attention to detail and be a self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
