Responsibilities

• Mentor and Train : Lead and coordinate activities for machine operators and maintenance associates in the upkeep of production equipment.
• Fix and Rebuild : Roll up your sleeves and dismantle, adjust, repair, and assemble equipment, ensuring smooth operations.
• Innovate and Troubleshoot : Put your problem-solving skills to the test as you diagnose and fix electro-mechanical equipment issues.
• Preventive Maintenance : Perform scheduled maintenance and keep detailed records to keep our operations running like clockwork.

Your Qualifications

• Technical Savvy : You're a master at using hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and calibration tools.
• Engineering Enthusiast : An associate's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Technology would be a huge plus.
• Experience Matters : You have 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in PMs and repairs of electro-mechanical equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Safety First : Understanding safety practices is second nature to you.
• Team Player : You excel in a collaborative environment, communicating effectively with technical support services.
