WHY THIS JOB: CONTROLLER

A local healthcare company based out of Dillon, MT is looking to hire a controller to join their team. In this role, you will work alongside the CFO and assist in all aspects of accounting and finance. The controller will also manage a small accounting team. This is a hands-on role and they are looking for this person to hit the ground running. With the organization's mission to provide good healthcare to the community, this role is perfect for those who like to make a difference.

What You’ll Actually Do:

· Assist in all aspects of accounting including month-end close, financial reporting, and more

· Extensive efforts to reconcile accounts, necessitating meticulous resolution of associated challenges as plans to implement ADP later in the year

· Thorough examinations of general ledgers in preparation for the year-end audit.

· Rigorous measures to ensure the precision of payroll processes

· Ad-hoc projects as needed

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need:

· Bachelors in Accounting or Finance

· 3 years of accounting/finance experience

· Advanced Excel Knowledge

· Strong experience with ERP systems

· Team player mentality

· Quick learner & a self-starter

· Healthcare experience is a plus (but not required)!

Where and How Much:

· 100% In-Office - Dillon, MT

· Starting at $90K - $105K

Pay: $90,000.00 - $94,115.59 per year
