Positionis responsible for the overall operation and positioning of the spa.Ability to create spa menu and servicesprogram and keeps up with latest spa trends. Oversees activities of associatesdelivering spa services including salon, skin care, program coordinating,reservations, reception desk, massage and locker room areas.Position focuses on ensuring guest and associatesatisfaction and achieving the operating budget; and performing jobresponsibilities satisfactorily and to according to department standards.Adheresto all Company, Safety and Department policies and procedures.Fosters teamwork and provides excellent guestservice, anticipates guest needs to exceed guest expectations.Builds brand loyalty by living the JW MarriottCore Values.
