Role: General accounting duties in accordance with the JW Marriott guidelines and procedures as listed below; and to perform job responsibilities satisfactorily and to according to department standards. Adheres to all Company, Safety and Department policies and procedures. Fosters teamwork and provides excellent guest service, anticipates guest needs to exceed guest expectations. • SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS: 1 year post high school education in Finance or equivalent job experience

REQUIRED CERTIFICATE/LICENSE:

MAJOR JOB DUTIES: Duties include, but are not limited, to the following:

• Manage and collect Marriott International rewards, vouchers and programs.
• Process group credit applications.
• Respond to customer inquiries, disputes.
• Preparation and reconciliation of account receivables.
• Prepare daily journal entries, reconciliations and tax payments.
• Prepare daily cash management spreadsheet.
• Review, balancing and posting of comp account transactions.
• Assist other finance areas.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Each associate is expected to carry out, within their capabilities, all reasonable requests by management.
