Production Worker (Laborer) Job Responsibilities:

  • Operate forklifts and overhead cranes to move raw materials, move work in progress, assemble/disassemble molds and produce precast shapes.
  • Operate batching machine to combine raw materials in preparation for mixing.
  • Operate mixers and add minor ingredients to batched raw materials to prepare mixes for casting. Record and enter data into ERP operating system.
  • Prepare samples for quality testing.
  • Inspect product to assure conformance.
  • Perform work in compliance with ISO Standards.
  • Maintain work area in a neat and orderly condition.
  • Must be able to stand, kneel and crouch for long periods of time.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required for hire Good "hands on" skills with reasonable mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. consistently throughout the shift Training provided Positive attitude, ability and willingness to learn Production Worker (Laborer) Desirable Skills Forklift qualification and forklift maintenance inspection Familiarity with rigging and use of lifting devices CPR and First Aid training.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
