J Tech Construction is Hiring an Outside Sales Representative Near Grand Island, NE

Sales Expert
Pay: Uncapped Commission

Provide customers with the highest quality exterior renovations to build, restore, energize, and protect our community’s structures.

When you join the team of exterior experts at J-Tech Construction, you’ll be part of a diverse, family oriented team that is focused on helping homeowners achieve their goals of home renovation.

J-Tech is a growing company with 4 locations, with endless opportunities and growth within the company. We are guided by our core values to help our vision of becoming the trusted local company for residential and commercial exterior projects.

We are looking for Sales Experts in both exterior construction and solar for all four of our locations: Omaha, Lincoln, Grand Island, and Beatrice.

The Opportunity

Do you have an entrepreneurial spirit and would like to help homeowners with their needs? As a Sales Expert you will be the first face that the customer will meet. This is a very important role within J-Tech. With the tools J-tech provides and your strong work ethic will help you succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

● Customer first mentality - Motivated and organized to handle inbound and outbound calling. Putting the customer first.

● Internal Relationship Building- You will need to use your skills at relationship building to support our teams that are in production or office.

● Communication- Being able to communicate effectively, verbally and written, to our team and our customers

● Excellent computer skills and reporting abilities- documentation is a very important skill to have.

● Continuous learner and quick problem solver. - Always willing to learn new products and processes.

● Time Management- Being able to do tasks and projects in a timely manner.
● Home Shows and Activations- J-Tech gives our Sales Experts the opportunity to go to Activations and home shows. Lead generation is the most important part of being a successful Sales Expert.

● Weekly Meetings to get that extra training.
● Willing to go the extra mile- Helping customers and your team when needed. We like to go by the saying, “One team, One dream”.

What you bring

● Outside sales experience is preferred but not required, we are willing to train the
J-Tech way!

● Basic understanding of exterior construction is preferred but not required, and comfortable discussing with customers.

● Experience with Google (Gmail, Docs, Drive, etc.)
● Tech Savvy- We use different softwares and CRMs to give excellent service.
● Additional languages are a PLUS! Especially Spanish.
● Strong presentation, strategic thinking, negotiation and closing skills.
● Relentlessly driven to seek new business and networking opportunities.
● A strong work ethic without sacrificing your ability to have fun on the job.
● A great attitude and mindset.
