Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team. As a Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint, varnishes, and other finishes to various surfaces. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will contribute to the overall success of our projects.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
- Apply primer or sealer to prepare surfaces for painting
- Mix paint and other materials to achieve the desired color and texture
- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Cover surfaces with drop cloths or masking tape to protect surrounding areas
- Clean up work areas and remove any hazardous materials
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely manner and meets quality standards

Skills:
- Proficient in drywall repair and installation
- Familiarity with hand tools used in painting and construction
- Experience in trim carpentry and frame carpentry
- Ability to renovate surfaces to prepare them for painting
- Knowledge of color theory and ability to mix paints accurately
- Proficient in caulking techniques for sealing gaps and cracks
- Familiarity with construction painting practices

Pay: $19.96 - $25.00 per hour
