Overview:
We are currently seeking a Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in various areas. This is a paid position with opportunities for growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including hallways and lobbied
- Follow cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure safety and efficiency
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
Experience:
- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred but not required
- Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Paid training provided
In some cases, construction cleaning will involve removing heavy debris. You should be detail-oriented and able to work at a fast pace. You Must be able to lift between 15-20 pounds.
