EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

- GED or high school diploma preferred

- At least 1-2 years’ work experience in a construction specific role with production.

Construction specialists need good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to handle tools, operate machinery, and preform precise tasks such as measuring, cutting, and assembling materials.

Balance & Coordination -

Construction specialists work in various environments, including elevated surfaces and uneven terrain. Good balance and coordination are essential to work safety and effectively in these conditions.

Flexibility -

Construction work often involves bending, reaching, and working in confined spaces. Flexibility is important to maneuver and preform tasks comfortably in different work settings.
