The Team and Job Summary

We are seeking a Financial Consultant - Intern to join our Corporate Finance team. This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial, highly driven person with a well-rounded skill set to join the corporate finance team, whose responsibilities extend beyond those of a traditional Financial Consultant. The ideal person for this role will need to not only have a strong grasp of finance but also be flexible and a strategic thinker able to take on a variety of tasks.

Job Responsibilities

• Assisting office with general administrative tasks
• Analyzing financial documents to understand trends and identify inaccuracies
• Analyzing and summarizing financial data and tracing transactions
• Preparing analytical data for litigation
• Organizing and maintaining document productions for multiple engagements
• Organizing and formatting data for reports and exhibits

RequiredQualifications

• Pursuing a bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or economics
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word & Excel)
• Familiarity with financial research (Edgar, Reorg, Capital IQ)
• Strong investigative, analytical, and problem solving skills
• Excellent numeracy skills with an ability to spot inaccuracies and inconsistencies
• The ability to handle confidential information
• Strong attention to detail
