NEED HAPPY Experienced Medical Receptionist-Assistant duties involve coordinating patient and physician schedules, file management office organization. Someone who believes that patients should be treated as people rather than numbers and who understands the value of compassionate service. Job includes multi-tasking, but the ideal candidate will know when to slow down, look patients in the eye and provide personalized service. Must Answer phones,Greet patients, obtain AND VERIFY insurance, etc. Provide patients with intake forms as well as copies of our office policy plus required documents, Process payments for co-pays, Schedule appointments, Maintain patient records as the files stored in our EHR Call patients to remind them of upcoming appointments and to help them schedule testing for off-site as needed. GET REFERRALS , LAB ORDERS READY AS NEEDED.

Assist in Medical Assistant duties as needed. Work directly physician to collect samples, explain common medical procedures to patients and assist in basic examinations, vitals and documentation, etc.

Must Be BILINGUAL, RESPONSIBLE & RELIABLE; must Have experience working for a healthcare practice or hospital, High level of professionalism, Strong customer service skills, Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
