Medical Executive Receptionist

Temp to Hire Role

Hourly Pay while a Temporary Associate is: $30.00 to $33.00

Monday through Friday

Our client is seeking an experienced Medical Executive Receptionist to be the exclusive support professional dedicated to a 2 Physicians. This role is an on-site location and will also be the liaison to the corporate location. There is no travel in this role.

Sample of Duties:

• Manage the meeting Calendars for the office.
• Set up in-person meetings as well as video calls for the staff.
• Manage the front of the office by answers calls, greeting visitors and on site employees.
• Create Rounding schedule.
• Order and maintain supplies
• Respond, on behalf of the office, to all voice mails

Required:

• Experience as a Medical Receptionist or Executive Medical Receptionist in any medical setting
• Lead, Supervisory or Management experience
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Excellent Organizational Skills
• Ability to work independently
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills
