J&M-k Construction LLC is Hiring a Construction Laborer Near Spencer, IN

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will assist in various construction projects, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and according to safety guidelines. This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Duties:
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Operate hand tools and power tools as directed
- Dig trenches, pour concrete, and assist with other general construction tasks
- Follow instructions from supervisors and communicate effectively with team members
- Adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Experience:
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans is a plus
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is beneficial
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
