Summary
The Education SalesSpecialist is responsible for the overall B&M sales growthand retail partners brand training in the San Francisco / Bay Area CARegion
This is a Part time Contract to Hire role.
Roles &Responsibilities
Reports to Regional AccountExecutive regarding strategies on sales growth per assigned regionin store activations and activities sales reports and sales growthfor retail partners strategies and plans for future B&Mretail sales growth opportunities for the San Francisco / Bay AreaRegion
Responsible for in store brand andproduct training plans and opportunities for B&M salesgrowth for retail partners
Support elevated instore events retailer led events and branded promotions for retailpartners
Responsible for weekly reports basedon in store events brand reporting retailer weeklyreports.
MinimumQualifications
2 years experience in the retailbeauty / cosmetic environment required. This position is hourly based($25 an hour) and must work a minimum of 2025 hours maximum hoursin store per week / additional 23 hours desk work perweek
- Weekly 11 TB (Monday) withNational Manager
- 45x days in store to supportsales growth education / training for retail partners and in storeevents for the overall B&M sales growth of belif (FridaySaturday and most Sundays are dedicated to retailer visits andsales support)
- Reports due on weekly basis (dueevery Sunday evening)
Must have reliabletransportation (car) and be willing to travel throughout the SanFrancisco / Bay Area Region to visit retailpartners
Must be able to carry event materialand heavy boxes of product for events / storevisits
Proficient in Excel WordPowerPoint
