Role Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales and Brand Ambassador to join team in the Dallas TX area. Responsibilities include attending local Dallas events to promote our upcoming event and conduct ticket sales with event management apps. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be outgoing, and have a passion for sales and marketing.
- Administration and Coordination: Work alongside the Office Manager to obtain direction for local events, scheduling, sales strategies and more.
- Patron Experience: Promote a welcoming and secure environment for festival patrons.
- Public Relations and Marketing Support: Engage in press coordination, contribute to the festival's social media presence across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok, and contribute to creating and distributing marketing materials.
- Wear Event T-Shirt: Wear event T Shirt to promote the event.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 or older, with a preference for current college students, recent graduates, or individuals with a strong passion for the festival’s genres.
- Demonstrated social media expertise with the ability to present examples of work.
- Previous experience in marketing, event/festival planning, or related fields is highly desirable.
- Available to start immediately and commit to the full duration of the work assisgnment through May 5th, 2024.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude, capable of working independently and innovatively.
- Strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and reliable transportation.
- Interest in music genres such as Hip-hop, R&B, salsa, and Bachata is beneficial.
