Job Overview:

We are seeking (1) skilled Bartender to join our team to work Saturday nights only. Hours are typically 5 to 11 and occasionally 12 or 1. (Base pay of $2.13/hour.. Total guaranteed to be at least $14/hour). The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent sales skills, and experience in bartending. If you have a knack for math, cash handling, and enjoy working in the wine/bar industry providing exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve wine and beer and be very reliable
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Handle cash transactions and credit card transactions
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
- Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
- Upsell additional products when appropriate
- Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed

Requirements:

- Reliability
- Be located in the Temple/Belton area. Applicants will not be considered if living in Killeen, Austin, or Waco due to distance.
- Proficiency in basic math for measuring ingredients and handling payments
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele
- Familiarity with order processing and payment handling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
