Position - Property Manager
Location - North Hills/Panorama City
Hours - Monday-Friday- 8:00a-5:00p
- Available after hours and weekends for emergencies
- Cannot be combined with any other work
Salary - $3200-4200/month gross salary (DOE) w/ rent deduction.
- Partial utilities paid (water, trash & sewage)

Property Management company is currently looking for a full-time property manager for a building in the North Hills/Panorama City area. This position is fulltime, the manager will live onsite at the property managed. If you are interested, submit your resume for consideration.
Overview of Duties:
•Rent Collection
•Generating/Posting notices
•Reviewing/Scheduling Work Orders
•Advertising/Marketing/Leasing Vacant Units
•Must live at one of the properties being managed
•Other duties assigned by management
Experience Required:
•Working as an onsite property manager, minimum of 1 year
•Managing 55 units preferred
•Have used MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
•Experience with Yardi or another property management software is a plus
•GED or HS Diploma
•MUST- Valid Driver's license
•MUST- Reliable vehicle
•Bilingual in Spanish a preferred
•Must already live in the Los Angeles/San Fernando Valley area
