We are currently seeking a Commercial Coordinator to join our team in Sterling VA.
The Commercial Coordinator supports the Director of Customer Care across a variety of customer portfolios by providing a critical range of administrative activities in support of customer service, operations, and warehouse services.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Collaborate with customers, customer service, warehouse, and sales to gather information to develop work orders and scheduling.
Review work order details with Commercial Manager, sales, customer service, and warehouse no less than 72 to 48 hours prior to the start of a project to check for understanding and ensure detail accuracy.
Manage data entry into CRM system (MoversSuite & MSWhse) to ensure accurate information for scheduling moves/deliveries and maintaining inventory reporting.
Immediately communicate work order and time sheet abnormalities to ensure paperwork is accurate before approved by the Commercial Manager.
Maintain communication throughout the commercial process with sales, coordinators, driver and operations.
Obtain and maintain all necessary information and paperwork to ensure an efficient and timely service for the customer.
Alert and update appropriate parties to any changes, modifications to schedule, etc.
Ensures file content is complete and accurate.
Communicates directly with the sales and coordinator teams to schedule and confirm appointment times, delivery, and start times for all assigned jobs within the system.
Serves as the backup for customer facing coordinators as needed.
Responsible for the data integrity in the system regarding Commercial Moving, Relocation & Storage jobs / projects.

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:

Experience in the moving industry is a plus
Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background screen and drug screening
Education:
Bachelors degree and 1-2 years industry experience preferred;
Associate degree with at least 2 years of customer service experience.
High School graduate or equivalent with 3 years of industry experience will be considered.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
