We are seeking a Front Office Associate to become a part of our team! You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep this medical facility running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Handle administrative duties in a timely manner including answering phones, making appointments, data entry and interacting with patients
• Communicate with insurance companies for proper billing procedures
• Escort patients to exam rooms
• Accounts Receivable back up

​ Qualifications:

• 1 year previous experience in healthcare administration or other related fields
• Familiarity with medical billing procedures
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual Spanish a plus
