General Summary
Provide accounting support for a contract. Duties may include preparing invoices, updating the accounting system, verifying monthly job costs, preparing AP reports, and assisting in the preparation of monthly and yearly financial reports.
Responsible for accounts payable processing including calculating, posting, and verifying payments. Compiles and maintains accounts payable records and vendor files.
