Our Client in Medford, New Jersey is seeking multiple Full-time and Part-time Physical Therapists to support their growing office. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity with the potential to be a Direct Hire (not contract to hire) opportunity for the right candidate.

A candidate for this position must have a Doctorate of Physical Therapy with 3-5 years of working experience.

Responsibilities:

· Evaluate patients’ musculoskeletal status using appropriate evaluation procedures.

· Interpret results from diagnostic tests, such as X-rays or MRIs, when necessary.

· Determine the impact of a patient’s condition on their physical, functional, or vocational status.

· Design individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.

· Continuously reassess and modify treatment plans in response to patient progress or feedback.

· Utilize technology and data metrics in care plans

· Use therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and other modalities to alleviate pain and improve mobility.

· Educate patients on therapeutic exercises they can do at home to further their recovery.

· Utilize modalities as well as advanced technology equipment

· Accurately document all evaluations, treatments, interventions, and patient responses.

· Ensure that all documentation meets local, state, and federal regulations, as well as clinic policies.

· Consult and collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as orthopedic surgeons, primary care physicians, and occupational therapists to coordinate care.

· Educate patients and their families about the treatment process, potential outcomes, and aftercare.

· Stay updated with the latest techniques, tools, and trends in orthopedic physical therapy.

· Participate in continued education programs and professional development opportunities.

· Ensure all therapeutic equipment is in good working condition.

· Adhere to all safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications and Requirements:

· Must be a Licensed and Board Certified Physical Therapist

· Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.

· Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.

· Specialization or certification in orthopedics is a plus.

· Demonstrated knowledge of current best practices in orthopedic physical therapy.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

· Interest in advanced technology and data application

· Capability to stand for extended periods and demonstrate physical therapy techniques.

· Fine motor skills for detailed documentation and operation of small equipment.
