The Job:

Pay based on knowledge and ability to perform in the following areas:

> Basic plumbing and related troubleshooting

> Basic electrical and related troubleshooting

> Drywall installation and repair

> Painting

> Basic framing

> Basic HVAC

> Lawn Care

> Property Management

Applicant must have good driving history and capable of being insured to drive company vehicle, capable of passing background check, drug free, and agree to be on call 24/7 for emergencies.
