Position Summary
As a Collection Specialist with J. J. Keller, you will perform various administrative duties (e.g. follow up on credit card declines, canceling subscriptions) and will make collection contacts via phone and email on past due accounts.
This position also provides superior customer service, both internally and externally, pertaining to credit and collection functions.
We are seeking candidates who have a natural curiosity and like to dig in and resolve issues. Ideal candidates will have a desire to learn and advance not only in the Collection Specialist role, but within the Accounting department as well.

Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment. Work involves operation of personal computer equipment for extended periods of time.
Occasional travel to offsite offices, customer sites and / or industry and training events may also be required, depending on assignment.

The compensation range for this role is $16.65 to $18.00 which varies depending on factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s overall experience and geographic location.
