Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for replacing/ adding light fixtures, appliances, water heaters, faucets, and other basic maintenance repairs such as fixing leaks, etc.

Responsibilities:

- Need own basic power drills and tools

- Install, repair, and maintain various fixtures, appliances, and equipment

- Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors when necessary

- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

- Assist with general cleaning and upkeep of facilities

Experience:

- Proven experience in facilities maintenance and repair work

- Proficiency in using hand and power tools

- Excellent problem-solving abilities to diagnose issues accurately

Requirements:

- Fluent in English (hopefully bilingual)

- High school diploma or we offer competitive pay based on experience.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
