JGA is seeking a skilled and experienced Blue Yonder Solution Architect to join our team. As a Solutions Architect, you will be key in designing and implementing innovative solutions to meet our clients' business needs.

We are a supply chain system integrator focused on the Manhattan Associates product suite. Our product specialties include MAWM, WMOS, WMi/PKMS, LMS, TMS, and DOM. We work with a trusted network of independent contractors with a collective of hundreds of years of experience and hundreds of implementations focused on a wide array of Manhattan products. We continue to work in a variety of industries, from life sciences to apparel, with a multitude of flows (Retail, Omni-channel, and eCommerce) and complexities (basic to highly automated with MHE integration). We focus on partnering with our clients to deliver a solution with the goal of building a COE and enabling clients to own their process and solution internally.

Responsibilities to include but not limited to:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and design custom solutions
• Develop architecture designs and technical specifications for software Blue Yonder applications and systems

Lead the implementation and deployment of solutions, ensuring they meet quality standards and client expectations

• Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend best practices and solutions

• Responsible for ensuring that analysts, consultants and architects have defined performance management plans and career growth is clear.
• Recommends strategies for growing solution portfolio and introducing new capabilities desired by the market place; coordinates and collaborates with Director Manufacturing & Strategy
• Lead and Participate on key consulting engagements when needed for key strategic client acquisition and growth.
• Able to travel domestically as job requirements dictate.

The right candidate will need:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Proven experience as a WMS Solutions Architect, with a strong background in software development and architecture design
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Proficiency in cloud technologies, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience working in a client-facing role is a plus

• Recognized as an expert in supply chain process and/or JDA/BY software solutions
• Experience in the supply chain software industry and consulting with global fortune 1000 clients, which includes hands on international engagements.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams of consultants and organizations through complex projects and business transformations.
