**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a talented Bilingual Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, Etc. Possess exceptional communication skills, and have a passion for connecting with diverse talent pools.

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct cold calling to potential candidates in both languages

- Manage social media platforms to attract and engage with bilingual candidates

- Utilize recruiting strategies to source, screen, and interview candidates

- Stay up-to-date on employment labor laws and regulations

- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers

- Assist in HR sourcing activities to support recruitment efforts

- Familiarity with HR tools such as Lever, iCIMS for applicant tracking

- Participate in succession planning discussions within the HR team

**Experience:**

- Proven experience in recruitment or a related field

- Strong knowledge of human resources practices and procedures

- Fluency in English and Spanish, Etc, is required

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Understanding of various recruitment methods and techniques
