Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Supervisor to join our team. As a Landscape Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of landscape projects. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients.
Duties:
- Lead and supervise a team of landscapers in performing various tasks such as artifical grass, concrete and landscape construction.
- Plan and execute landscape projects according to client specifications and design plans
- Coordinate the use of equipment, materials, and resources to ensure efficient project completion
- Perform hands-on work alongside the team, including planting, pruning, irrigation installation, and hardscape construction
- Monitor project progress and quality to ensure adherence to established standards
- Conduct regular inspections of job sites to identify any issues or areas for improvement
- Train new team members on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and hours worked by the team
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in artifical grass and concrete.
- Strong knowledge of landscape practices, including artifical grass, concrete, pergolas and hardscape installation
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to enforce them on job sites
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
