Title: Regional Director
Reports to: Regional Vice President
Location: REMOTE (must be based out of Washington, D.C. metro)
You've got to...
  • Love our brand, customers and teams and take every opportunity to shout it from the mountaintops.
  • Have a track record of setting and achieving goals as well as holding teams to the same standard.
  • Work with RVP and business partners on leading division initiatives throughout region
  • Collaborates & strategizes with corporate leadership including HR, merch/design, planning/allocation, marketing, store operations & LP
  • Manage and develop a team of District Managers through business goal setting, regular check-in TBs & quarterly performance conversations.
  • Partner with DMs, HRBPs & recruiters to identify talent, create and implement development and succession plans to support the business.
  • Ensure that training initiatives are effectively executed in the region.
  • Support learning and development consistently and equitably by providing feedback, coaching, mentoring, and career path guidance.
  • Ensure District Managers deliver district objectives in line with region and brand priorities by providing information, tools, resources, and support.
  • Lead talent planning needs and recruitment strategy for stores in assigned region as well as NSO growth.
  • Develop or support a strategy for stores in the region to close identified performance gaps.
  • Hold District Managers accountable for managing and developing their in-store teams.
  • Be a visionary, painting a vivid picture of the future that elicits excitement and ideas around ways to get there.
  • Give creative ideas an opportunity to thrive and ensure they are cross-pollinated.
  • Operate in a fair and transparent manner.
  • Take the emotion and panic out of heated situations and bring the temperature back to normal.
  • Take the road less traveled, look under rocks, and be energized by the unknown.
  • Embrace change and inspire teams to get onboard expeditiously.

  • Ensure stores always look great and set to standard with current promotions in place.
  • Assess scheduling to achieve payroll percent and ensure the right associates are in the right place at the right time.
  • Set a T E budget that optimizes regional visits.
Oh, and by the way, you...
  • Have a bachelor's degree or equivalent combo of education and experience.
  • Have 10 or more years of multi-management experience with similar scope.
  • Have a voice, tailor your communication to the audience and write succinctly and professionally.
  • Are facile with technology and apps and familiar with industry-related blogs and feeds.
  • Can travel to stores.
  • Must bend, reach, and stretch for product, as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds |18 kilos.

Salary Range: $152,800.00 - $191,000.00

The base salary offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region of work premises, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
