Responsibilities:
  • Securitas Alarm Management (Burglar Alarms)
    •Overall, management of the Securitas account - Store alarm systems, UES are correct, background checks are accurate and alarm codes are issued timely.
  • New Store Openings
    •Assist as needed in new store openings, including alarm codes, safes, cores, keys, Loss Prevention equipment, merchandise protection standards and any other LP related needs
    •Ensure HQ set-up, all managers have the proper background check and issue individual alarm codes timely.
  • Physical Security - Manage Service Channel and coordinate with stores re: keys, cores, locks, safes, merchandise protection standards, alarm systems.
•Manage and maintain cores, keys and locks for stores as needed
•Assist with ordering safes as well as resolve issues with safes (changing safe combination, battery issues, key controls, etc.)
•Publish monthly email communication outlining stores that failed to perform their monthly alarm test
•Troubleshoot detex/doors, Sensormatic equipment, alarms, etc. and timely (daily) submission of tickets to Service Channel
•Timely management of Service Channel (managing / following and closing tickets)
•Order tags, cables, and other merchandise protection standards upon request
•Regular direct communication with Checkpoint, Sensormatic, Securitas, Blue Dot safes, locksmiths, Hire Right and other vendors, where applicable
  • Support Vendor Relationships
Qualifications:
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills and can create relationships within the LP department and with other departments.
  • Organize own work, coordinate projects, set priorities, meet deadlines, and follow up on assignments.
  • Flexibility to take on new / stretch assignments.
  • Proactive in asking questions and making suggestions.
  • Manage sensitive, highly confidential, and proprietary information with discretion and the utmost level of confidentiality.
  • Working knowledge of Excel and Word
  • Bachelor's Degree required

Hourly Range: $20.91 - $24.04
