Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they need
- Provide product knowledge and answer any questions customers may have
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise
- Operate the cash register and process customer transactions accurately
- Meet or exceed sales goals by actively promoting products and upselling when appropriate
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic math skills for cash handling purposes
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 20 per week
