We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail store. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for sales.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products

- Provide product knowledge and answer any questions or concerns

- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately

- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis

- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize customer purchases

- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves

- Process customer returns and exchanges

- Handle customer inquiries via phone or in-person with professionalism and courtesy

Experience:

- Previous experience in jewelry sales, electronics sales, or retail sales is preferred

- Familiarity with cash registers, basic math, and point-of-sale (POS) systems

- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills

- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently

- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
