Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Manager to join our team. As an Associate Manager, you will assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in managing all aspects of the store, including sales, inventory, and employee performance
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer issues or concerns
- Train and develop team members to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales goals
- Assist in creating and implementing strategies to drive sales and increase profitability
- Monitor and maintain store appearance and merchandising standards
- Assist with employee scheduling, payroll, and performance evaluations
- Conduct employee orientation and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and execute promotional activities

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail management or as an assistant manager is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent customer service skills with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
- Proficient in budgeting, price analysis, and inventory management
- Multilingual skills are a plus
- Knowledge of wireless sales is preferred
- Familiarity with payroll processes is a plus

- Must have a strong background in visual merchandising
