Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing fine jewelry pieces.
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of different jewelry products.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals. Jewelry and the JCPenney credit card.
-Offer Fine Jewelry Protection Plans as well as place online Orders through JCPenney.com.
-Obtain KIT (Keep In Touch Sheets from customers).
- Stay up-to-date with current jewelry trends and industry knowledge.
-Customer Service experience is required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to speak fluently in English.
- Basic math skills for processing sales transactions.
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professionalism when interacting with customers over the phone.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
-Business Casual attire.
