Position Summary

EagleRider is looking for a Paid Digital Marketing Director to join our marketing team at the corporate headquarters in Hawthorne, CA. The PDMD will provide SEO and digital marketing support, ranging from website management, pay per click (PPC), and refinements. We are looking for a team player who is a driven and highly motivated, communicative SEO expert with good attention to detail, strong business sense, and the ability to prioritize projects and timelines. The PDMD will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company's digital marketing communication channels, implementing SEO strategies to increase online presence, and overseeing the functionality and effectiveness of the company's website.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the digital marketing expert providing both short- term and long- term strategy.
  • Contribute to the achievement of the company’s Marketing strategy and objectives in order to segment and target our audience effectively, maximizing the impact of our marketing efforts.
  • Manage the implementation and maintenance of SEM/SEO best practices.
  • Work with colleagues and IT to design and execute SEM/SEO and digital advertising campaigns that drive leads to our website.
  • Make business recommendations and data driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with GMs/RMs: Maintain regular communication with the location managers to ensure alignment on marketing programs and performance metrics, fostering a strong synergy between the departments.
  • Assist in creating, localizing, and executing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of demand generation campaigns to generate leads and drive pipeline growth, ensuring a steady influx of potential customers.
  • Devise comprehensive email marketing strategies that encompass segmentation, email design, content creation, and testing methodologies to optimize engagement and conversion rates.
  • Oversee the maintenance of email lists and databases, employing advanced segmentation strategies to deliver highly targeted and personalized email content.
  • Analyzing, documenting and presenting SEO findings clearly and concisely on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Participate in other marketing team activities and planning sessions as required.
  • Must complete the following certifications within the first 90-days:
    1. HubSpot Social Media Marketing I
    2. HubSpot Social Media Marketing I
    3. 100-101: Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate
    4. 200-101: Meta Certified Marketing Science Professional
    5. 300-101: Meta Certified Creative Strategy Professional
    6. 400-101: Meta Certified Media Planning Professional
    7. 410-101: Meta Certified Media Buying Professional
    8. 600-101: Meta Certified Community Manager
    9. HubSpot Email Marketing Certification
    10. HubSpot Reporting Certification
  • Other duties related to the position as needed.

Desired Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, advertising, statistics, analytics, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of prior marketing experience, in retail, hospitality, or similar industry preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in email marketing within a digital marketing environment.
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms to execute campaigns and analyze results effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong experience in web optimization, design, content, SEO, and SEM
  • Strong experience social media campaigns, and content generation 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint), MS Project or similar project management software, social media platforms
  • Proficient with Photoshop, Google Analytics, HTML/ CMS platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, coupled with creativity and project management abilities, are essential.
