We are seeking experienced construction experts ideally with leadership experience in landscape and hardscape construction. Experience with landscaping construction tasks such as paver patios, retaining walls and fencing is A MUST! We are a successful and growing company based in SE Portland, specializing in landscape construction and masonry work. We perform high-quality work and are seeking dependable individuals who enjoy working hard and being rewarded for it.

Experience & Skills:

• Experience with residential landscape construction projects.
• Experience with masonry (concrete, stonework, interlocking pavers, retaining walls).
• Experience with fencing
• Knowledge of grading and drainage.
• Possess excellent communication skills.
• Must be customer service oriented.
• Positive “can do” attitude is critical.
• Valid driver’s license meeting company insurance guidelines.
• Bilingual (Spanish and English) is a plus
• Experience in a leadership position such as foreman or supervisor is a plus
• Must have reliable personal transportation

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Seeking full-time employee who likes diversity in what they do. Tasks include include but not limited to: Hardscaping: patios, walkways, retaining walls, driveways, water features, fencing, low-voltage lighting and masonry work

QUALIFICATIONS:

- MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING OUTDOORS IN ALL SEASONS

- 3 YEARS RELEVANT CONSRUCTION EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

-MUST HAVE CLEAN DRIVING RECORD

-Must be able to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently.

-Must be in good physical condition, and able to comfortably lift and carry 50 lbs. repeatedly.

COMPENSATION:

-Compensation dependent upon experience.

-Wage range $25.00 - $35.00/hr. depending on experience, work ethic, attitude and performance
