We are looking for a talented Lash Technician to join our team! We want to hear from you if you are a cosmetologist or esthetician who would like to expand your skills to include lash extensions and brow services!
As a Lash Technician, you will provide lash and brow services with the highest quality and care. Successful candidates are committed to providing excellent customer service and enjoy working with people. You are highly motivated, friendly, and responsible!
Responsibilities
- Ability to apply consecutive eyelash extension appointments during any given shift
- Educate the client about lash care and maintenance.
- Attend industry-related events, training, and product sessions
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked eyelash application room
- Be responsible with inventory/supplies/tools
- Create and apply client-specific, semi-permanent eyelash extensions and or eyelash lifts or tints.
- Build rapport - create a recurring client base for yourself
- Perform daily procedures/applications of our services to scheduled clients at the highest level of quality and care Sign up clients for “touch-up” (follow-up) appointments before leaving.Qualifications
- EXPERIENCE: A current Cosmetology or Esthetics license is preferred, but a valid certification is acceptable. Prior experience working as a Lash Technician preferred, but not required for entry-level positions. Demonstrated proficiency in applying lash extensions.
- KNOWLEDGE: Strong understanding of lash extension techniques, products, and aftercare practices. Familiarity with different lash styles and shapes.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work professionally with the public
- Ability to engage and retain customers
- Ability to up-sell products and services
- ATTENTION TO DETAIL: Keen attention to detail and precision in lash application, ensuring consistent and high-quality results.
- COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and address their needs and concerns.
- PROFESSIONLISM: Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times. Uphold high standards of professionalism, integrity, and ethics.
- FLEXIBILITY: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client appointments and salon operations.
