Job Description:

Join our team as a Mid-Level Structural Engineering
Project Manager, where you will take the lead in managing multiple
projects from start to finish. Your goal will be to deliver structural
engineering projects successfully, ensuring they are completed on time,
within budget, and meet the highest quality standards. Working closely
with a team of engineers, architects, contractors, and clients, you will
be instrumental in driving project success.

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee several structural engineering projects, handling everything
from planning and design to coordination and construction phase
services.
- Perform structural analysis and design to comply with industry norms
and codes.
- Guide and support project teams throughout all phases of the project
lifecycle.
- Engage with stakeholders both within and outside the company to
define project requirements and formulate engineering solutions.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient
and cost-effective completion.
- Ensure project documentation is accurate and complete.
- Keep track of project progress, proactively identifying and
addressing risks to achieve project goals.
- Provide construction support, including handling RFIs, reviewing
submissions, conducting site visits, and managing design changes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, resolving any
issues and delivering outstanding service.
- Mentor and support less experienced engineers, setting a strong
professional example.

Qualifications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $97,000.00 - $107,871.00 per year
