Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sustainability Consultant to join our team. As a Sustainability Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping organizations implement sustainable practices and achieve their environmental goals.

Responsibilities:
- Provide field verification and testing services at active construction sites.
- Commissioning
- Perform Indoor Air Quality Testing, HERS rater, IECC Inspector or NGBS Verifier
- Conduct research and analysis on industry trends and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive change management initiatives
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction through sustainable practices
- Provide training and workshops to educate clients on sustainability principles
- Monitor and report on the progress of sustainability initiatives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Proven experience in sustainability consulting or related field
- Strong knowledge of sustainability principles, frameworks, and best practices
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong business acumen and understanding of financial implications of sustainability initiatives
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Flexibility to travel to client sites as needed, 50% travel expected

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
