```Job Summary:```
We are seeking a talented and creative Landscape Architect to join our team. As a Landscape Architect, you will be responsible for designing and creating outdoor spaces that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. Your expertise in AutoCAD, Rhinoceros 3D, and Civil 3D will be essential in bringing your designs to life.

```Duties:```
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Design outdoor spaces, including parks, gardens, and residential areas
- Create detailed plans and drawings using AutoCAD, Rhinoceros 3D, and Civil 3D
- Select appropriate plants, trees, and materials for each project
- Coordinate with contractors and oversee the implementation of landscape designs
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and environmental guidelines
- Provide guidance on irrigation systems and sustainable landscaping practices
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and make necessary adjustments

```Experience:```
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as a Landscape Architect or similar role
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhinoceros 3D, and Civil 3D
- Strong ability to illustrate design concepts using hand sketches or digital tools
- In-depth knowledge of landscape design principles and techniques
- Familiarity with local plant species and their requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales experience is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $32.30 - $38.90 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 50 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Choose your own hours

Supplemental pay types:
