Objective

Responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to various estimates and supporting the dynamic relationship between customers and sales managers. This involves downloading bidding requirements, managing a repository of quote correspondence for the sales department, utilizing, and maintaining estimating spreadsheets, drafting bids, and efficiently delegating qualified lead information to the manager. The role also entails seizing opportunities and navigating through the entire sales life cycle.

Position Summary

• Responsible, for the communication and coordination of information that will ultimately lead to an estimate and drafting of a quote.
• Maintains CRM by inputting customer profiles and updates, inputting quotes/bids and contact information.
• Updates CRM - consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding daily bid requests.
• Increase job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, and internal or approved industry training.
• Obtain and maintain a thorough knowledge of J.A Brown Company’s sales methods and procedures, general product knowledge and product characteristics, general and technical specifications of products for sales usage, estimating procedures, and file management.
• Any other duties as assigned by your manager.

Other Skills and Qualifications

• Ability to perform the essential functions of the job
• 1-2 years of sales admin experience required, preferably in a Construction services company
• Strong work ethic, loyal, trustworthy, honest, team player
• Proven ability to multi-task and have regular contact with executives, managers, and employees
• Ability to work cooperatively with a variety of personality types
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must possess superior organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office
• C.A.D. experience
• Must possess problem-solving skills
• College degree preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
