Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Ice Cream Server/Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and be able to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Enter orders into the POS system with precision
- Process payments using cash registers or SQUARE POS system
- Serve ice cream and beverages to customers in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and workstations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timeliness

Experience:

- Previous experience in the ice cream industry is preferred
- Proficiency in basic math for handling transactions
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive dining experience
- Knowledge of food handling and preparation procedures
- Ability to operate a cash register efficiently
- Understanding of retail math principles

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
