IZIPIZI is Hiring a Sales Executive - USA West Coast M/F Near Los Angeles, CA

Be the main ambassador of Izipizi, meet our clients, promote the brand image and develop business in the zone you are responsible for. Your mission will be to develop, in accordance with Izipizi's strategy, the turnover in your territory. Your clientele will consist mainly of fashion stores and hotel boutiques.

You will be the brand’s main ambassador for your customers and will promote the brand image in accordance with IZIPIZI values, both within your commercial area and during different trade fairs.

You are based in Los Angeles and able to travel frequently within your zone (USA West Coast)

Through your regular market visits (you will often be traveling), your main tasks will be to:

SALES DEVELOPMENT

  • Build customer relationships based on trust, expertise and reliability
  • Manage the portfolio of existing customers with focus on strategic accounts
  • Provide excellent customer service to existing and new accounts
  • Train your customers on IZIPIZI’s products, services, B2B shop
  • Animate your customers community through social media in accordance with IZIPIZI guidelines
  • Develop business in the dedicated area to ensure growth:
  • Sell in : Take orders & ensure orders are properly passed through, work closely with the sales administration team.
  • Continuously bring existing customers to next level
  • Target, prospect and close new customers in your zone in order to increase your portfolio
  • Ensure presentation & implementation of collections and new products
  • Sell out follow up
  • Be regularly in contact with your customers:
  • Have an important presence in the field to visit customers and at trade shows in various US states
  • Remote management of your accounts through phone and email

VISUAL MERCHANDISING

  • Guarantee the merchandising policy & the brand universe in your area
  • Train customers to our visual merchandising guidelines
  • Prepare tailored merchandising proposals based on your customers’ profile

FORECAST & PLAN

  • Participation in the definition of annual objective plan for the dedicated zone
  • Monitor the qualitative and quantitative objectives through KPIs that will be set with you

REPORT

  • Report on your commercial activity and achievements through the internal CRM system
  • Follow up to ensure plan achievement: weekly meetings & quarterly report to US Field Sales Manager
  • Organize and share regular feedback from the field with US head office on sales processes, B2B tools, logistics, product success & development, visual merchandising, marketing tools, key competitor activities

TEAM COLLABORATION

  • Mentoring new members of the IZIPIZI sales community
  • Sharing Best Practices and field of expertise within sales community

PREFERRED PROFILE

  • A profound interest in the consumer goods and fashion market, eager to keep abreast of the latest trends and developments.
  • Proven sales experience in the lifestyle/fashion industry, demonstrating a knack for connecting with clients and driving results.
  • Must be a driving licence holder, ready to embrace opportunities and challenges alike.
  • Legally eligible to work in the USA, being an American citizen or a green card holder.

The ideal candidate will be initiative-oriented, possess excellent interpersonal and analysis skills, demonstrate autonomy, team spirit, and a capacity for organized work.

Salary is commensurate with experience, comprising a base salary a 25% variable component.
