Job Description:

Impact Workforce Solutions is seeking dedicated Warehouse Associates to join our team in North Reno, NV. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our warehouse and distribution operations. This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $18.00 per hour and comes with a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and paid time off.

Responsibilities:

• Perform various warehouse tasks, including inbound (receiving), outbound (shipping), picking, and preparing items for shipment.
• Inspect cartons to ensure accurate quantity and condition for further processing.
• Prepare cartons by locating, labeling, packing, and scanning items.
• Sort and route cartons and enter information into inventory systems.
• Load, unload, and pick items as required.
• Prepare merchandise for distribution by inspecting, logging data, and taking necessary steps for inventory and distribution.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment when necessary.
• Perform other related manual tasks as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

• Ability to understand and follow general and/or written instructions.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Familiarity with contemporary merchandise processing equipment (e.g., hand-held scanners).
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment and inventory systems.
• Ability to learn computer processing systems.
• Efficiency and attention to detail.
• Physical ability to lift items weighing 0 – 75 lbs (frequent lifting of 0 – 30 lbs and occasional lifting of 30 – 75 lbs).
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferable but not required.
