Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and building rapport with customers? IWP is looking for an Enrollment Coordinator to join our growing team! This position acts as IWP’s first point of contact for injured individuals to educate and enroll them into the services IWP provides.

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. The schedule during the training period will be Monday through Friday from 10:30 am to 7:00 pm. Once training is complete, the shift will remain at 10:30 am to 7:00 pm and will include one rotating Saturday shift from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. This is an onsite position in Andover, MA.

What You'll Do

• Interact with patients via inbound and outbound calls
• Educate callers on IWP services and benefits
• Gather detailed information from callers and input data into internal database
• Follow-up with patients, doctors, and law offices to ensure prescriptions are received in a timely fashion
• Effectively manage work queues
• Comply with quality assurance program to consistently meet required expectations
• Work closely with the sales, enrollment, and pharmacy departments to resolve any issues which may prevent new patients’ medications from shipping the same day
• Take initiative to go above and beyond to assist our new patients
