The AYD Enrollment Specialist is responsible for communicating with Employer-Sponsored Students, assisting them with initial steps at Ivy Tech as they onboard as students. The AYD Enrollment Specialist will be able to advise students on initial classes and customized programs. Work collaboratively with the Achieve Your Degree and Ivy Tech teams to provide excellent experiences to employers and Coordinate and attend recruitment events at employer sites. Work closely with the Business Office, Academic Affairs, Testing Center, Student Success and Student Services personnel, e.g., Admissions, Advisors, deans and faculty, to ensure students are receiving necessary support and wrap-around services. Assist Ivy Tech applicants with onboarding steps required by their employer-sponsor. Work with Marketing to create materials and market programs and services. Maintain records of events and other student/employer information in customer (CRM) and student management system (e.g. Salesforce, Banner, contract CMS) to track and provide reports in a timely manner; including grades and certifications earned. Establish, maintain, and cultivate positive, collaborative partnerships with employers and other key partners like Department of Workforce Development. Participate in training and professional development as needed. Work with Director of Employer Sponsored Students to establish employer, student, and campus training priorities. This is not to be construed as an exhaustive list. Other duties logically associated with this position may be assigned. All responsibilities will be conducted within the parameters of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), other applicable regulatory requirements, and professional standards. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field required. Preferred Qualifications: A minimum of three (3) years related experience in business, industry, training, or a related activity with financial acumen. Must possess an ability and a willingness to travel in the performance of assigned duties. Must have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
