• Liaison between the Physical Therapy Aides and the Clinic Director to support staff, mentor, and field questions.
• Communicate with Clinic Director to maintain clinic cohesion, delegating tasks accordingly.
• Manage and coordinate aide scheduling to ensure proper patient-to-staff coverage is maintained.
• Intervene and rectify aide discrepancies, conducting disciplinary action when necessary.
• Conduct periodic staff meetings and attend quarterly leadership meetings with adjacent staff.
• Assists with inventory management (ordering, counts, and assessments)
• Assist patients in the performance of therapeutic experiences under the direct supervision of licensed clinical staff.
• Responsible for general maintenance of the clinic through cleaning and laundry needs.
• Provide support to the front office team including answering phones, scheduling. appointment, collecting payments, and checking in patients.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, colleagues, other health care professionals.
• Maintain a safe clinic environment.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 1 year experience as an Aide in an outpatient setting.
• Dedication to exceptional patient care experience and customer service.
• Outstanding time management and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a drive to exceed patient expectations.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts and possible weekends.
