Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role as a Workshop Instructor at Ivy Mane Studio in Hoboken, NJ. As a Workshop Instructor, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering engaging and memorable experiences for our guests.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Clean and prepare the workshop space before each class, ensuring a welcoming environment for participants.
• Organize materials and tools needed for the workshop, maintaining an inventory of supplies.
• Lead workshops in handcrafted concrete decor, guiding participants through each step of the creative process.
• Offer personalized assistance and feedback to participants, helping them achieve their artistic vision.
• Interact with workshop attendees in a friendly and approachable manner, answering questions and offering guidance.

Qualifications

• Experience in Group Settings: Previous experience working in a group setting or leading workshops is preferred.
• Evening and Weekend Availability: Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to accommodate workshop schedules.
• Interest in the Creative Field: Enthusiasm for exploring different artistic mediums and techniques, with a desire to share your knowledge with others.
• Independence and Reliability: Ability to work independently and take initiative, with a strong sense of responsibility and reliability.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 8 per week

Schedule:

• After school
• Evening shift
• Weekends as needed
